If you dedicate 15 minutes a day to something for one year, you will be better than 90 percent of the population at that one thing.
We all feel stuck at times and in order to move to the next chapter it seems we will have to move mountains. I have news for you, we don’t have to move mountains, we don’t even have to move a rock, all it takes is one tiny pebble at a time.
Focus on 15 minute increments of time. 15 min a day of something you want to learn, a new business you want to build and new health goal you wish to reach. A 15 walk once a day will give you enough energy to want to do a 30 min walk.
You are worth 15 minutes, your future you is worth 15 min. So start today and dot forget to reward yourself every so often. You are worth it.
